Kate has more than fifteen years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, business development, HR & talent strategy, leadership, and business operations gained from working in Australia, Hong Kong, and England.
Born and raised in Coffs Harbour, Australia, Kate has had a flair for people and a genuine interest in human connection since a young age. Being a competitive rhythmic gymnast from the age of eight through to fifteen, Kate understands that persistent practice, discipline and application deliver results that make an impact.
Kate relocated to Sydney for high school and since arriving in the big city, has never looked back. Kate spent most of her twenties working as an ex-pat in recruitment and travelling the world extensively. Today, Kate is a busy working professional and a mother who divides her time between running the business and creating imaginary superheroes that save the world. As a business owner and leader, Kate is utterly committed to creating genuine solutions for her clients and candidates. Her purpose is to ensure a flawless client and candidate recruitment experience every time.
